Mr. Reed is responsible for case and project management. Additionally, he provides review and analysis of complex real estate matters concerning property valuations, market conditions, disputes, restructuring alternatives, and strategic plans. These reviews and analyses provide valuable guidance when the Firm’s attorneys are assessing the economics of a real estate transaction, project, or dispute.
Mr. Reed has held investment and development related positions with large and small real estate companies. In these positions he has been responsible for sourcing investments, raising capital and strategic planning. He has been involved in the acquisition and development of over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial space and over 1,700 apartment units, representing cumulative transaction value in excess of $500 million.
Mr. Reed is a member of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and NAIOP and licensed as a broker by the California Department of Real Estate. Mr. Reed graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
