Ms. Reed, the Firm's founder and senior partner, practiced law in the real estate departments of two of the largest and most well respected law firms in the United States, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Latham & Watkins, where she tackled complex real estate matters for a diverse and demanding client base. Besides advising clients on legal matters, Ms. Reed has honed her transactional expertise and market knowledge in the capacity of a principal and general counsel at a property development and investment company. These experiences allow Ms. Reed to have unique insights into both the business and legal challenges facing the Firm’s clients.
